Who are the pilots?
Only professional and highly trained and qualified pilots employed by
PLANE LOGIC are permitted to operate our aircraft. Each is “type-specific” qualified and each meets or exceeds stringent FAA and insurance industry requirements in each aircraft. Company policy requires recurrent training and periodic proficiency reviews are conducted to maintain high skill levels. Substantial background investigations for all employees are made and all employees are subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Who maintains the aircraft?
The safe operation and reliability of each aircraft is also directly related to its maintenance. The aircraft undergo regular and scheduled inspections as required by the FAA and company policy requires these inspections to exceed those requirements. Only certified and qualified mechanics are permitted to perform maintenance functions.

What about security?

One of the advantages of our programs is avoiding the long lines and chaos at airport terminals and the unfortunate frustrations and delays often encountered at the very necessary security checkpoints. Safety is always considered the number one priority at
PLANE LOGIC and the security of our clients, passengers, and employees is a major component of that focus. Noninvasive security procedures are in place to protect the aircraft and passengers on the ground and in the air at all times.

Isn't your program the same as chartering an aircraft?
No.
The
PLANE LOGIC Company Plane program is designed to offer extraordinarily high levels of service and convenience specific to the needs of our member clients. Safety is never compromised and the comfort and needs of each passenger always has our attention.

How early do I need to arrive at the airport?
We operate on your schedule and will depart when you are ready. There is no need to arrive early at the airport. We operate at your convenience.

Can cargo be carried on the aircraft?
Small packages and normal luggage can be accommodated subject to weight and size restrictions. We also offer our member clients the Plane Package service, an on-demand and immediate bonded delivery service that can carry and deliver important documents and parcels directly to the hands of the addressee.
Company policy prohibits any firearm or weapon, explosive, or corrosive chemical anywhere on any aircraft at any time.

Is smoking permitted on the aircraft?
No. We provide a totally smoke-free environment for our clients and employees.

Will the aircraft operate in any weather condition?

In most cases, the aircraft can operate without delay. However, certain meteorological phenomena may prevent operation or cause a temporary interruption. The pilots and aircraft are certified and equipped to maneuver in many environments, but safety will always govern the decision of the pilot in command. There are no circumstances in which the aircraft will operate in an unsafe weather situation and the pilot in command has the ultimate and unquestioned authority to determine the safety of the flight.

Can this service be used outside of the U.S.?

With proper customs compliance, the aircraft can serve appropriate facilities in Canada, Mexico, and some island nations. However, the Company Plane program is specifically designed to offer regional transportation solutions and the aircraft are best suited for trip lengths up to 700 miles, which includes Canada.

Are aircraft available for longer-range flights?
We are happy to provide our clients with any service as their needs require. As our programs develop and expand, aircraft capable of many missions will be available.

Are there any tax implications, good or bad, regarding the Company Plane program?

We will be happy to discuss this with you or your tax advisor who can then best determine any impact.

Does PLANE LOGIC offer any other transportation services?

As the company expands its services through carefully managed growth, additional services and products will be offered. This includes aircraft capable of longer missions, added capacity, and other regional solutions including helicopters. Member clients in all programs will be able to migrate throughout the fleet and enjoy a wide range of options best suited for their particular missions. Each member client will realize the obvious advantage of the many solutions we can offer.
